Expect all new versions which already boarded iPods everywhere. We’re looking forward to dance the night away somewhere inbetween Soul, Funk, Reggae, Double Times & YUM YUM Versions.

This Saturday YUM YUM Stuttgart takes place at Schräglage. After having some pretty nice parties down there I’m heading down south to Stuttgart for the first time and I’m pretty much looking forward to dj the latest in YUM YUM Sound and Music with our buddy Tipura who’s representing 0711 and YUM YUM Stuttgart.

A new 11″ (haha) by our dear buddy DJ Eleven (Twitter / Homepage) from NYC. It’s called “Every Freakin’” features Mike Baker The Bike Maker (again – haha) and was just released a couple of days ago. I really dig this but don’t take my word on this. Listen to it yourself and check out what Joe (Eleven) has to say about it:

Over a year after starting on the project, the joint that I did with the homie Mike Baker The Bike Maker has finally hit the (digital) record stores (and their virtual shelves)! Vancouver’s Kutcorners contributed a great bassline for the original version. Mike2600, Illo + Keam, and DJ Ayres all flipped really good remixes. And, Kalani did a fantastic job bringing the artwork for it all together.

Since this is a single we do not provide you with a hq download link but highly recommend to buy this via your favorite online dealer. Know that the release includes a couple of fabulous remixes by DJ Ayres and others. You’ll find a couple of links below. If you dig the sound you’ll find a gazillion of free stuff (I smell some mixtapes) on DJ Eleven’s homepage as well as on the homepage of THE RUB which is Joe’s infamous DJ squad. This morning I received a mail from whitelabel.net. For all of you who don’t know whitelabel.net: this is a Serato DJ pool. Basically record companies send you digital tracks instead of real vinyl test pressings with a white label on it because the finished product isn’t available yet. Anyway – I’m getting off topic here…

To cut a long story short: you can download the whole album over at whitelabel.net (ATTENTION: you need Serato to play back the files in full 320 kbps though!).
