come on, all my mixes sound like that, and just crying about the good ol days is a tad sentimental. i have always played my sound like that, mixed it across all styles, for as long as i can remember. if you dont like the new music thats coming out, thats your reality – its never been about a certain style or sound.
nobody can define how YUM YUM is supposed to sound like. it has to change constantly and take a positive attitude. its supposed to be a feeling and not words.
dont classify or categorize. i am pretty much like my ipod – i like all styles of music. i dont like to be labled rap music, drum and bass, reggae, electronic, mashup, disco – fuck that!
just to let you know – there is no back in the day – all we are is right here – RIGHT NOW!
